August selection:  The Empathy Diaries by Sherry Turkle

Reading Interests: We read mostly contemporary Fiction and Non-Fiction, with forays into older works and classics.  Past selections include: Circe by Madeline Miller, Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens, The Autobiography of Malcom X, as told to Alex Haley, Parable of the Sower by Octavia Butler, Nala's World by Dean Nicholson, and The Water Dancer by Ta-Nehisi Coates.

How to get the print book: Copies of the print book are set aside at the O'Connell Branch.  Visit during open hours and a staff member can help you check out a copy. O'Connell Branch Hours 

How to get the e-book or digital audiobook: This month’s book is available as an e-book and digital audiobook through Overdrive / Libby                 

How to register: This event is onsite at the O'Connell Branch Library, with a virtual component.  You can register for the virtual meeting prior to 6:30 Thursday by clicking on the Registration link below.
