Local musician HobArt Goulart gives an impromptu performance at the O’Connell Branch Library this Friday, July 15 at 2:00.  Come listen to the soothing sounds of bossa nova, samba and other styles with HobArt and John in our lovely Reading Garden at 48 Sixth Street.  Dancing encouraged!  Or just enjoy the music.
