Join us for a worskhop exploring mindfulness and compassion from the lens of parenting and care giving. Yasemin is trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindful Schools, workplace mindfulness and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), in addition to Co-Active coaching. She holds a Masters Degree in Mindfulness Studies, with focus on grief in adults and children. She operates with sensitivity to all types of diversities.
