After conducting a motor vehicle stop on the defendant's motor vehicle, the defendant only provided a Brazilian passport as identification and stated that he does not have a valid driver's license.

Delphine Acaia, 26, 889 Harrison Avenue in Boston, was subsequently placed under arrest for three counts of Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, as a direct result of testimony provided by a named and identified victim and witnesses. They stated Acaia threw hot soup, kicked (with a shod foot) and struck the victim with a brick. The victim refused the need for medical attention on scene prior to police departure.

At approximately 6:58 p.m., Cambridge Police responded to Franklin Street for a report of a disturbance. Fidel Lledin, 31, 402 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge, was placed under arrest for Assault With a Dangerous Weapon, Disturbing the Peace, and Carrying a Dangerous Weapon. When Officers arrived they found Lledin in the court yard on Franklin Street standing by a bench, yelling at a group of people standing on the other side of the courtyard. After speaking to witnesses, it was determined that Lledin had cornered a woman in a corner of the courtyard and had made several threatening motions toward her with the bat, all while threatening to hit her with it. Prior to cornering her, Lledin had been pacing around the courtyard banging his bat off of poles and making threatening statements toward other people in the courtyard, to the point that they all felt threatened and went inside the lobby for their safety.
