Cambridge Police responded to the Massachusetts Avenue for the report of a larceny in progress. After locating all persons involved and investigating, it was discovered that one of the involved parties, Armando Fernandez, 22, 10 Currier Drive in Framingham, had a warrant out of Roxbury District Court for Failure to Appear in Court where he had been charged with Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon and Trespassing. Fernandez was placed under arrest after a brief foot pursuit, but did not incur any further charges as he became compliant.

Cambridge Police Officers conducted a motor vehicle stop in front of Massachusetts Avenue. As a result of the stop, a resident of Norwood was issued a criminal application for complaint, after it was concluded that he was operating a motor vehicle on a public way after his Massachusetts Driver’s License was Suspended. It was also concluded that his motor vehicle was not registered at the time of the incident. He is being summonsed for Operating after License Suspension and Unregistered Motor Vehicle.

Timothy Jackson, 53, 820 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge, was arrested in Municipal Lot 8 and charged with Possession of a Class B Substance - Cocaine. Jackson and two other individuals were found inside a port-a-potty and were suspected of using drugs. Jackson was found to be in possession of cocaine.
