Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held on Thursday, November 4, 2021, at 6:00 PM to consider the following matters under M.G.L. Ch. 40C and Ch. 2.78 of the Code of the City of Cambridge:

Public Hearings: Landmark Designation Proceedings and Alterations to Designated Properties
Case L-136 and Case 4669 (continued): 711-727 Massachusetts Ave, by Gas Light Building LLC, owner. Consider draft Standards and Guidelines for landmark report. Continue hearing relative to application to renovate the existing building and construct an addition at rear and above the existing building.
Case 4685: 137 Allston St., by Edward S. Eccles. Exterior restoration of St. Augustine’s church. Construct new entrance stairs and ramp. Replace existing entry doors with window. New cladding.
Case 4686: 10 Garden St., by President & Fellows of Harvard College. Install new signs at three entry points to the Harvard Radcliffe Institute yard.
Case 4401 (amendment): 98 Winthrop St., by Paul Overgaag. Revise design of temporary enclosure of dining patio.
Public Hearings: Demolition Review and Landmark Designation Proceedings
Case D-1557 and Case L-138: 68-70 Lexington Ave. by Gregory Scott Burd & Francesca Gino, owners. Demolish 3-decker (1913). Consider new design for replacement project. Consider initiation of landmark designation study.
