Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held on Thursday, October 1, 2020, at 6:00PM to consider the following matters under M.G.L. Ch. 40C and Ch. 2.78 of the Code of the City of Cambridge:

PLEASE NOTE: Due to statewide emergency actions limiting the size of public gatherings in response to COVID-19, this meeting will be held online with remote participation and will be closed to in-person attendance. The public will be given the opportunity to ask questions of fact and make public comment during the meeting. Public Hearings: Alterations to Designated Properties

Case 4384 (continued): 1 Brattle Sq., by One Brattle Square I, LLC, owner, o/b/o Spyce Food Co., tenant. Construct pergola over outdoor patio.

Case 4399: 8 Holyoke St., by Harvard Square BBQ Co. LLC. Install 17 SF internally-illuminated blade sign.

Case 4400: 3 Church St., by First Parish in Cambridge. Reconstruct missing trim, relocate entry doors behind new glass doors, alter plaza and steps to create universal access to front doors, add lighting.

Case 4401: 98 Winthrop St., by Timbuktu LLC. Remove seasonal enclosure and construct 4-season glass enclosure of existing outdoor dining patio.

Case 4402: 1400 Massachusetts Ave., by Harvard Cooperative Society. Enclose entrance vestibule with glass wall behind columns; update signs and replace windows on Palmer Street side of building.

Case D-1558: 9-11 Jackson St., by Design Synergy Group, LLC. Demolish 3-family house (by 1871).
