Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2022, at 6:00 PM to consider the following matters under M.G.L. Ch. 40C and Ch. 2.78 of the Code of the City of Cambridge:

Public Hearings: Alterations to Designated Properties

Case 4799 (continued): 21 Loomis St., by Kevin Emery & Eamon Fee. Re-size and relocate the existing house on a new foundation. Construct a dormer, attached garage and second dwelling unit. Consider revised plans.

Case 4815: 31 Church St., by JAC Nominee Trust. Renovate exterior including new door, hardware and light fixtures.

Case 4816: 1 Garden St., by Christ Church Cambridge. Replace and extend fences.

Case 4817: 11 Berkeley St., by 11 Berkeley Realty Trust. Alter landscape structures including paths, fences, walls, terrace and lighting.

Case 4818: 7 Longfellow Pk., by Doreen Beinart. Construct dormer.

Case 4819: Reed Hall, 99-3 Brattle St,, by Lesley University. Alter arcade to provide accessibility, remove fire escapes, alter areaways, replace windows, lightning protection at roof.

Case 4820: 2 St. Johns Rd., by Lesley University. Revise walkways and provide accessibility to dormitory buildings.

Case 4821: Burnham Hall, 99-2 Brattle St., by Lesley University. Add and alter dormers, infill brick openings, construct connector bridge to Reed Hall, remove fire escapes, alter egress stair, alter areaways, replace windows, add lightning protection at roof.

Case 4822: 1374 Massachusetts Ave., by Cambridge Savings Bank, owner, o/b/o Le Macaron, tenant. Install internally-illuminated blade sign.
