Comprehensive Permit:  To request a determination that the following changes are insubstantial to the original Comprehensive Permit. To grant relief for building height to accommodate insulation and other energy conservation design measures that extend the building plane to 58 feet beyond 55 ft. limit established by parkway overlay district and to get relief from Section 20.69.1 sets the height limit of 50 ft. in the Concord Avenue Parkway Overlay District.
