Upcoming City of Cambridge Job Fairs

The City of Cambridge Department of Human Services is hosting two upcoming job fairs for positions within the city and with outside employers.

The first Fall Job Fair is on Wednesday, October 17, from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the Central Square Library, 45 Pearl Street in Cambridge. 

This will be a great opportunity for job seekers to connect with a variety of employers, including Berkshire Bank, Cambridge Savings Bank, Cataldo Ambulance Services, Colwen Hotels, Encore Boston Harbor, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, The Greater Boston Food Bank, Harvard University, Keolis Commuter Services, Macy’s, MassDOT/MBTA, TJX Companies, and VPNE Parking Services.

Those who plan to attend should remember to research companies and job opportunities before the job fair and to apply for appropriate positions online.

The second Job Fair is on Wednesday, October 24, from 4:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. at Cambridge City Hall, 795 Mass. Ave., 2nd floor.   

This will be a great opportunity for job seekers who are looking for Human Service positions such as Out-of-School-Time Teachers, Youth and Recreation Workers, Inclusion Facilitators, Pre-school and Afterschool Substitute Teachers and more. There are openings for part-time and full-time positions as well as internship opportunities. Those who plan to attend, please bring 5-10 copies of your resume and come prepared to interview.
