MIT Media Lab building

On February 4, 2020 the regular Planning Board meeting will hear the 2019 Town Gown Report presentations from MIT, Lesley University, and Harvard University.

Every year each school that is a signatory to the 1991 Town Gown Report or which voluntarily agrees to follow the same process, submits a Town Gown Annual Report to the Community Development Department. The reports are an opportunity for the schools to provide an overview of their institutional planning and strategic goals, which impact the city's development, public spaces, and student populations.

The meeting will take place at 6:30 PM in the Second Floor Conference Room at the City Hall Annex, 344 Broadway. Following the presentations, the Planning Board will take public comments on the reports. The Planning Board's own discussion of the Town Gown Reports may occur that evening or be deferred to another date, depending on the time needed.
