**The upcoming information sessions are cancelled per the City of Cambridge temporary emergency restrictions on City public meetings, city events and City permitted events due to COVID-19**

The City of Cambridge offers free, regular information sessions about its affordable rental and homeownership programs. Attendees will learn about the eligibility requirements and application process for the following Cambridge Rental and Homeownership Programs: Inclusionary Housing Rental Program for studios, 1BR, 2BR, & 3BR units throughout Cambridge; Homeowner Resale Pool; First-Time Homebuyer Workshops; Downpayment Assistance; and HomeBridge. Below is a listing of upcoming information sessions that are free and open to all. No RSVP is necessary. For more information, visit CambridgeMA.gov/housing.


Affordable Housing Information Session (2/25)
Learn more about the City’s affordable rental and homeownership programs at identical information sessions on Tuesday, Feb. 25, at 6 p.m. & 7 p.m., at the Citywide Senior Center, Arts & Crafts room, located at 806 Mass. Ave. This event is free and open to all.

Affordable Housing Information Session (3/10)
Learn more about the City’s affordable rental and homeownership programs at a lunchtime information session on Tuesday, March 10, from 12 – 1 p.m., at the Central Square Library, Lewis Room, located at 45 Pearl St. This event is free and open to all.

CANCELLED: Affordable Housing Information Session (3/25)
Learn more about the City’s affordable rental and homeownership programs at identical information sessions on Wednesday, March. 25, at 6 p.m. & 7 p.m., at the Valente Branch Library, Program Room, located at 826 Cambridge Street. This event is free and open to all.

CANCELLED: Affordable Housing Information Session (4/8)
Learn more about the City’s affordable rental and homeownership programs at a lunchtime information session on Wednesday, April 8, from 12 – 1 p.m., at the City Hall Annex, 2nd Floor Conference Room, located at 344 Broadway. This event is free and open to all.
