landlord energy assessment workshop

The City of Cambridge is hosting a public informational workshop to educate Cambridge landlords of 1-3 story buildings on state and utility incentive programs, starting with a no-cost energy efficiency assessment. These energy assessments identify cost-effective energy efficiency improvements and include free and discounted upgrades to help save money and avoid maintenance issues.

The Community Development Department will host the workshop on Monday, March 16th from 6:30-8:00pm at the Cambridge Public Library (Main Branch 449 Broadway), Community Room.

Cambridge landlords are encouraged to attend to learn more about our no-cost energy assessment. Click here to register for the event.

This program, in partnership with All in Energy, will help landlords and tenants save money on energy and water costs through energy efficiency services like air sealing, free shower heads and faucets, LED lighting upgrades, programmable thermostats, insulation discounts, a confidential home health and safety check, and more. Many Cambridge landlords have already gotten no-cost assessments that have helped lower utility bills and found huge savings.

At this workshop, you will have the chance to learn more about these services and get your questions answered! Click the link to register: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/landlord-energy-assessment-public-workshop-tickets-97768986671
