Cambridge-based cooks can now sell select food products made in residential kitchens with a cottage food operation permit.  Products that may be sold with this new permit include baked goods, jams, jellies, and other shelf-stable foods.

The City will host an informational webinar on Thursday, January 27 at 10:00 a.m. which will cover the equipment, health, and sanitation requirements for cottage food operations. This webinar will be recorded.

For more information about this opportunity, contact Christina DiLisio at cdilisio@cambridgema.gov or 617/349-4601.
