Dive Rescue Training

This week, Cambridge Fire Dive Rescue Team members are participating in both classroom & hands-on training review sessions in order to maintain national certification. All Cambridge Firefighter Rescue Divers will complete this program and will be nationally certified rescue divers.

Cambridge Fire Rescue Divers are available for water rescue incidents in our city waterways (including the Charles River & the canals) as well as for mutual aid responses to our public safety partner communities. Our CFD divers work in cold water, 12 months of the year.

Thanks to "Dive Rescue International" for conducting the program.
