Governor's Rescission of Early Closing Order & Stay at Home Advisory Will Apply to Cambridge

Governor Baker announced that the Commonwealth’s early closing order & stay at home advisory will be rescinded effective 5 a.m. Monday, January 25. The Commonwealth is also extending the 25% capacity limits for most sectors through 5 a.m. on Monday, February 8. Both of the changes announced by the Governor will apply to the City of Cambridge.
 
As a reminder, all provisions of the City of Cambridge’s rollback to a modified Phase II, Step 2 of the Commonwealth’s Reopening Massachusetts Plan will remain in effect until at least 12:00 a.m. on February 1, 2021, or until further modified. Details of Cambridge’s modified Phase II, Step 2 plan can be viewed on the City’s website.
