A Wakefield resident reported striking a pedestrian with his motor vehicle on August 31, 2021 at approximately 4:20 p.m. The reporting party stated he struck a male while exiting a parking garage. He tried to approach the person to check on him, but was rebuffed. The pedestrian took photos of him and his vehicle, but refused to speak with him.
