HARVARD ST
Cambridge Police arrested Feng Lang, 61, 30 Stone Crest Drive in Braintree, for Operating Under the Influence of Liquor and Marked Lanes Violation. At approximately 1 a.m., Cambridge Police responded to the intersection of Prospect St. and Harvard St. for a motor vehicle crash involving two vehicles. Upon arrival to the scene, we met with the operators of the vehicles and a witness. Lang was still in his vehicle sitting in the driver's seat with the engine running. After briefly speaking with Lang, a heavy odor of an alcoholic beverage was detected emanating from Lang's breath. His eyes were red and glassy, and Lang was slurring his speech. Lang was extremely unsteady on his feet after he exited the vehicle and throughout the investigation. Lang was placed under arrest following Standardized Field Sobriety Tests.

Cambridge Police responded to the Harvard Square hotel for an individual who called asking to speak to police officers in person. On arrival, he was positively identified as William Thoresen, 32, 154 Groton Road in Shirley, had warrants out of Cambridge District Court and he was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and False Fire Alarm.

GREEN ST
Cambridge Police arrested Rafael Ortiz, 48, 11 Wardman Road in Boston, after officers observed him operating a motor vehicle and failure to stop at a stop sign. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that Ortiz was operating the motor vehicle with no license. Ortiz was arrested and charged with Failure to Stop and Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle.

OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLE, IMPROPER * C90 S16

CHURCHILL AVE
A Cambridge resident was issued a summons for Wanton Destruction of Property, Fail to Stop for Police, Speeding Greater than Posted Speed Limit, and a Bus Lane Restriction. Cambridge officers were conducting bus lane enforcement in the area of Massachusetts Avenue and Churchill Avenue. They observed a motor vehicle traveling westbound on Massachusetts Avenue in the lane restricted for Bus Only or right turn onto Churchill Avenue. The motor vehicle continued straight on Massachusetts Avenue in the restricted bus lane. Officers attempted to stop the motor vehicle in front of the 2500 block of Massachusetts Avenue and the operator drove around officers and failed to stop, continuing in the restricted lane past Richard Avenue. The motor vehicle attempted to turn right onto Newman Street and collided into the residence granite and cedar fence at the corner.

Cambridge Police responded to a residence on the 900 block of Cambridge Street for a report of a disturbance. As a result of this response, Mark Lafountain, 40, 962 Cambridge Street in Cambridge, was placed under arrest for warrants out of Orange District Court and East Brookfield District Court.
