Residents ages 18-35 can apply to the City’s transitional jobs program

Are you a Cambridge resident between the ages of 18-35, without a college degree, who needs work experience in order to secure a full-time job?

Cambridge Works, a transitional jobs program, may be right for you if you have had difficulty finding jobs due to limited work experience, a gap in your work history, frustration with dead end jobs, or legal or personal issues.

The 2021 cycle of Cambridge Works will run from mid-September through December.
Participants will receive:

  • A 3-month paid internship
  • Support from a case manager
  • Weekly job-readiness classes
  • Job placement assistance
