Are you a Cambridge resident between the ages of 18-35, without a college degree, looking for a full-time job? Are you having difficulty finding a full-time job because of limited work experience, legal or personal issues, or gaps in your work history? Cambridge Works may be right for you!

Cambridge Works is a transitional jobs program offered by DHSP’s Office of Workforce Development. It is designed to serve residents who do not have a college degree and, for a variety of reasons, have not been able to get or keep jobs. During the program, participants receive:

  • A 3-month paid internship
  • Support from a case manager
  • Weekly job readiness classes
  • Job placement assistance
