Drafts Available for FY26 One Year Action Plan and NRSA

The DRAFT versions of the FY26 One Year Action Plan and FY26-30 Consolidated Plan provide information on the City’s plans to utilize its Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnership (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) grants from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

The Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Area (NRSA) describes an area of special designation that allows the City greater flexibility in the utilization of CDBG funds.

The Public has until June 30, 2025 to submit written comments on the DRAFTS and NRSA and to provide the City with comments on its utilization of funds from the U.S. Department of Housing Development via its annual CDBG, HOME, ESG and HOPWA grant funds.
