MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Cambridge Police responded to Massachusetts Avenue for a report of an individual setting a bush on fire. Officers responded to this location and located Francis Haugh, 43, 240 Albany Street in Cambridge, across the street with a lighter in hand next to a smoldering bush. Across the street, Officers located multiple piles of trash that had been burned, with one pile on top of an electrical outlet. Haugh also matched the description of a previous incident in which a fire was set to a dumpster on January 29, 2023. Francis Haugh was placed under arrest and charged with three counts of Burn Personalty.

After doubling back to the area, the phone was gone and was pinging in different locations in Somerville according to the find my phone app.

Cambridge Police were monitoring traffic in the area of Broadway and Felton Street. At this time, a gray Infiniti sedan was observed with an obstructed rear registration plate. A query of the registration revealed that the registered owner had a suspended license status. A motor vehicle stop was conducted on Harvard Street. As a result of the motor vehicle stop, a Cambridge resident was summonsed for Operating after License Suspension and Improper Display of Plates.
