Expect traffic impacts near Harvard Square, MIT, and the Charles River due to the Head of the Charles Regatta from Friday, October 21 to Sunday, October 23. Thousands of rowers and hundreds of thousands of spectators will gather in the area. Drivers should expect additional traffic and limited parking.
The section of Memorial Drive near the regatta will be closed to vehicles from Saturday at 8 a.m. to Sunday at 7 p.m. according to DCR’s usual “Riverbend Park” schedule.
