Neighborhood Cleanups

Over the past couple of weeks, several neighborhood and business associations have coordinated efforts for their annual clean up days. Here at DPW, we are extremely appreciative of their efforts and dedication to ensure that their neighborhoods are beautiful and clean. Below are some of the projects that each business association took on in their respective neighborhoods:

Cambridgeport Neighborhood Association
- Picked up trash
- Swept sidewalks
- Cleaned tree pits

Central Square Business Association
- Swept the sidewalks of Central Square
- Picked up trash
- Removed stickers
- Beautified tree pits 

East Cambridge Business Association
- Kennedy Longfellow/Putnam Ave Upper School (158 Spring St)
- Bocce Court in front of the King Open School on Cambridge Street
- Silva Park (corner of Otis and Sciarappa St)
- Inman Square Vellucci Plaza

Kendall Square Association
- Businesses will be cleaning dedicated areas of Kendall Square
