Notice of Roadway Grinding and Paving Operations

On Thursday, October 29, roadway grinding will occur on Massachusetts Ave between Albany St and Windsor St as well as on Windsor St between Mass Ave and Main St from 7PM to 3AM.  Roadway paving will occur in these same areas on Saturday, October 31, from 7AM to 6PM.

On Monday, November 2, roadway paving will occur on Albany St between Mass Ave and Osborn St as well as on Osborn St between Main St and Albany St from 7AM to 6PM.

On Thursday, November 5, roadway paving will occur on State St between Windsor St and Osborn St from 7AM to 6PM.

All of these scheduled operations are weather dependent. Please be sure to check posted NO PARKING signs for additional information.

What to Expect During Construction:

  • No Parking signs will be posted
  • Emergency vehicles will have access at all times.
  • Police officers will be onsite to assist with traffic management. 
  • Crews will make every effort to open to the roadway as soon as possible.
  • Roadway(s) will be closed, but abutters will maintain access.
