Cambridge Street Tunnel Crack Sealing

Beginning Wednesday, August 9th, the City’s contractor, Mattuchio Construction, will begin performing routine crack sealing maintenance operations in the roadway surface under the Cambridge Street Tunnel.

This routine maintenance work is weather dependent and is scheduled to begin with a closure of one westbound lane and bike lane in the area and will continue with rolling lane closures for the next several weeks until the work is completed.

What to Expect During Work:

• Work hours will be 7 AM to 5 PM.
• Lane closures will be in effect.
• Please seek alternate routes if possible.
• Emergency vehicles will have access at all times.
