Household Goods

  • Bed Frames
    Try to donate. Metal frames accepted at the Recycling Center during open hours to place in scrap metal recycling. Also accepted at the curb with city trash, for pickup by another truck.

  • Bedding
    Donate items in good condition to Goodwill, or other thrift stores and homeless organizations. Check out this donate map for locations of thrift stores (red pins). Clean and dry bedding is accepted in clothing donation boxes, even if torn or stained. Donation boxes are also on this donate map (blue pins).

  • CDs, DVDs & Floppy Disks
    Place in household trash, or recycle for a fee through GreenDisk.

  • Glassware or Ceramic Items
    Donate items in good condition to Goodwill or Boomerangs. Check out this donate map for locations of thrift stores.

  • Toiletry & Personal Care Items
    Donate usable items to the Women's Lunch Place
