All City Clerk staff are notaries registered with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The cost of notary services is $1.00 per signature.

Can you photocopy my documents?

No. The City Clerk’s office does not provide photocopies.

Can you notarize a document in a language other than English

No. The City Clerk’s office will only notarize documents that are in English. Translation services are not provided.
