Advance Planning 101
Wills, Trusts, Will Alternatives, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies, Advance Directives, and HIPAA Authorizations. An overview of the essential documents which every adult should have, regardless of age or state of health. We will discuss the potential consequences for an individual who has not done advance planning and will include a brief explanation of long term care/MassHealth planning issues.
