Students and Faculty from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science FASCO (Faculty And Student Community Outreach) will be providing an overview of over the counter products with particular attention and emphasis on Vitamins and Supplements. We will define what a supplement is, discuss the types of supplements available, explain the health benefits and risk of supplements, and discuss proper intake of these vitamins and supplements. A game will follow at the end of the presentation to test your knowledge!
