We know how the British do it - now let's show them how library patrons handle themselves in the kitchen. We'll have a rotating roster of assignments and judges. First up: apple pie! Everyone's favorite but can you turn your special pie into everyone's favorite? Guest judge: renowned baker and author Louise Miller!

All recipes accepted: from any source or completely original.
Please list all ingredients on a separate card.
Judging is based on crust, filling, overall appearance, and overall flavor.
No pre-made or store-bought pies or crusts, please. They are easily identifiable and will detract from your overall score.
Present your pie in any type of plate, but please claim personal dishes at the end of the night.
