State Rep. Marjorie Decker will be hosting a briefing on access to healthcare under the Affordable Care Act (the ACA, a.k.a. Obamacare) Wednesday, Feb. 19 , 6-7:30 p.m., at the Citywide Senior Center, 806 Mass. Ave in Central Square, Cambridge.
Please join her if you have questions about applying for healthcare, have had problems doing so, or have had other issues accessing healthcare. Experts from the advocacy organization Healthcare for All will be on hand to explain the details of accessing care under the act and discuss its broader policy implications.
Staff from our community partners around the city, including the Cambridge Equal Opportunity Commission, Cambridge Health Alliance and Mount Auburn Hospital will also share insights and answer questions.
