Map of Open Service Requests for Unshoveled or Icy Sidewalks

During snow operations, Public Works' goals are to chemically treat all major arteries within three hours of when snow begins, to keep main arteries plowed during all stages of a storm, and to clear all streets and the sidewalks bordering City property once a storm has stopped. If there is a location not already on the map that needs attention, please report additional unshoveled or icy sidewalks here.

Snow/ice clearing SeeClickFix requests are checked on a regular basis when our snow operations center is open. If you feel the situation is an urgent safety issue, please feel free to call our 24-hour emergency line at (617) 349-4800.

The map below displays a point for every unshoveled or icy sidewalk report received from SeeClickFix. Please note there may be a time delay between when crews respond to a report and when the request is marked as completed.

Know of an unshoveled or icy sidewalk not on this map? Report it here!
