Description

If you wish that you could identify the wildflowers you see lining the paths around Fresh Pond, this walk might be perfect for you! Ted Elliman of the New England Wildflower Society will lead a walk around our lovely meadows, demonstrating the use of identification guides and sharing information about some of our most lovely floral inhabitants. We have several field guides and hand lenses to lend out. Feel free to bring your favorite wildflower guide! Ted will also have copies of his book, Wildflowers of New England, available for purchase. Please RSVP to Catherine Pedemonti for parking and meeting information at friendsoffreshpond@yahoo.com.
