Health & Wellness Presentation Somatic Class

This one-hour Somatic class will address the relaxation of various muscle groups, including the neck, shoulders, hips, and back. The movements are done slowly and gently with the least possible effort to gain the most benefit. The focus of attention is “mindful experiencing” rather than “doing.

This program is for Seniors 60+.
