• Petition continued (2nd time) from April 16, 2015 P&C hearing. Project can’t be done as presented; continue to figure something out. Nstar Electrical and Gas Company, 101 Linwood, Somerville, MA 02143, for the following: Albany Street – Northeasterly from MHC3502 and MHC3503 approximately 200 feet southwest of Portland Street a distance of 263 feet – conduit. The reason for this work is to relocate existing service to 36 Albany Street (W.O. #02014470).

This is to provide electric service to 4 Cambridge Center (W.O. #2023876).

Comcast, 55 Concord Street, North Reading, MA 01864, for the following: Waterhouse Street – Place 1 new sidewalk vault over existing Comcast conduit in the brick sidewalk area in front of 7 and 9 Waterhouse Street. From new SW vault, trench easterly, approximately 19 feet in the brick SW to the property line of 9 Waterhouse Street, installing 1-4” conduit. This will include the removal and restoration of the brick sidewalk.

• New Petition Comcast, 55 Concord Street, North Reading, MA 01864, for the following: 50 Hampshire Street – Trench 85 feet from P# 1A on Webster Street southeast to curb in front of 50 Hampshire Street. Place (1) new 3’ X 3’ manhole continue trench an additional 10’ southerly to PP line of 50 Hampshire Street. This will include the removal and replacement of 2 sidewalk panels.

• New Petition Comcast, 55 Concord Street, North Reading, MA 01864, for the following: Concord Lane – Relocate approximately 152’ of exiting underground Comcast conduit, including one 3’ X 3’ X 3’ manhole, from the middle of Concord Lane to the northwest curb side of the street. Place new manhole on Concord Lane, 55’ from Concord Avenue, trench easterly 152’ to Pole #4 on Concord Lane. This is to make way for new water main, sewer and drain.
