Harvard Square Advisory Committee c/o Cambridge Community Development Department 344 Broadway Cambridge, MA 02139 617/349-4647 May 19, 2015 The Harvard Square Advisory Committee will meet to review a Board of Zoning Appeal variance application for 1350 Massachusetts Avenue, as outlined in Section 20.54.1 of the Cambridge Zoning Ordinance. The proposal is for building additions and alterations that require zoning relief for Floor Area Ratio, height and alteration and enlargement of a nonconforming structure, the Richard A. and Susan F. Smith Campus Center, formerly known as Holyoke Center. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. at the Richard A. & Susan F. Smith Campus Center, 1344 Massachusetts Avenue, 2nd floor (entrance at Forbes Plaza, to the right of the Cambridge Trust ATMs) Cambridge, Massachusetts.
