  1. Arlyn dePagter, has applied for a malt and wine license to be exercised at MIT, 100 Main Street, Cambridge, on 8/19/16 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. for a reception. Expected attendance - 134 people.

ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS:

  1. Clarification of Record:  Sez., Inc. d/b/a Downstairs Café has notified the Board that Stavros Zanetas is fired from the café. 
  1. Sez, Inc. has filed a request for a change to a license corporation: From Stavros Zanetas as treasurer, and Christos Soillis, Elaine Soillis and Stavros Zanetas as Directors TO Elaine Zanetas as Treasurer and Christos Soillis and Elaine Soillis as Directors.
  1. Shamus Monahan on behalf of Whole Foods Market has applied or a Special Noise Variance to be exercised on 8/16 and 8/17/2016 at 115 Prospect St., for blowers, asphalt crack sealer, asphalt bander and sprayer and an air condenser.  This is to seal the cracks in the parking lot, reseal it and restripe it.
  1. Nurul Chowdhury, a Cambridge resident, has requested a letter from the Board to be able to operate a livery vehicle at MassPort.
  1. The Board of License Commissioners will have a discussion regarding the necessity to advertise the following license categories as there is no statutory requirement: common victualler; change of Common Victualler hours; increase of seats; vendor/peddler; antique; second hand goods; used car dealer; farmer winery for farmer’s markets.
