Variance:  To construct rear stair addition to allow egress from both apartments.

Variance:  To construct a conforming addition to a nonconforming single family dwelling located in the rear of a lot containing two single family structures.  The proposed addition will increase the gross floor area of the structure by more than twenty-five percent since it first became non-conforming.  Art. 8.000, Sec. 8.22.3 (Non-Conforming Structure).

Special Permit:  To modify window openings in the rear façade, which is currently in the required rear setback.
