The following is a proposed agenda containing the items that the Chairperson of the License Commission reasonably anticipates will be discussed at the hearing:


Application Boston Tea Stop, LLC, Douglas Cho, Manager, has applied for a Common Victualer license to be exercised at 54 JFK Street. Said license if granted would allow food and non-alcoholic beverages to be sold, served, and consumed on said premises with a seating capacity of 15. The proposed hours of operation are 12:30pm to 11:30pm seven days per week.

Application Chew, LLC, Adam Melonas, Manager, has applied for a Common Victualler License to be exercised at 279 Western Avenue. Said license if granted would allow food and non-alcoholic beverages to be sold, served, and consumed on said premises with a seating capacity of 58. The proposed hours of operation are 6:00pm to 11:00pm on the first Saturday of the month.

Ratification Star Markets Company, Inc., Debra L. Heffernan, Manager, holder of an All Alcoholic Beverages Package Store License at 675-699 Mount Auburn Street has provided notification to amend their current Sunday starting hours for alcohol sales from 12:00pm to 10:00am pursuant to an amendment of the law.

Application Aaron Cohen d/b/a Rhythm ‘n Wraps, has applied for a vendor/peddler license to operate a mobile food truck on Private property at 1 Oxford Street from 11:30am to 9:00pm on Thursdays and Fridays.

Application Alexandra Falafel d/b/a Falafel Corner, Tarek Abdel Moneim, has applied for a Common Victualer license to be exercised at 8 ½ Eliot Street. Said license if granted would allow food and non-alcoholic beverages to be sold, served, and consumed on said premises with a seating capacity of 14 inside and 1 table with 2 seats outside. The proposed hours of operation are 6:00am to 3:00am seven days per week.

Application A.A.M., Inc. d/b/a Beauty’s Pizza, Nader Michael, Manager, holder of a Wine & Malt Beverages Restaurant License at 228 Broadway has applied to hold said license as inactive.

Application Room for Dessert, LLC d/b/a Finale Desserterie, Paul Conforti, Manager, holder of an All Alcoholic Beverages Restaurant License at 30 Dunster Street has applied to hold said license as inactive.
