The Board of License Commissioners will have further
discussion regarding the necessity of advertising the following license
categories as there is no statutory requirement to do so: Common Victualler; change of Common
Victualler hours; increase of seats; vendor/peddler; antique; second hand
goods; used car dealer; farmer winery for farmer’s markets. This was discussed on
July 7 and again on August 4.
The Board of License Commissioners will discuss and possibly
vote on changes to all categories of alcohol-related annual licensing fees for 2017.
Board may discuss changes to all other license fees, as well.
