Variance:  To construct an addition to an existing non-conforming structure.

Variance: To construct a two-story addition with basement to the rear of the existing non-conforming house.

Special Permit:  To install windows in a setback.

7:00 P.M. CASE: BZA-006009-2015

30 BRATTLE STREET

CITIZENS BANK

Variance:  To allow up to 525 sq. ft. of signage on
