Description
The Ordinance Committee will conduct a public hearing to discuss a zoning petition filed by Elizabeth M. Stern, et al. to amend the Cambridge Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map by changing the current zoning designation of Lot 84 (2551 Massachusetts Avenue) and Lot 65 (7 Richard Avenue) on Assessing Block Map 186 from Business A-2 to Residence B and remove both from the MAOD and the NMAS, redraw the zoning district boundary lines so the two lots are in the Residence B zone and not in the MAOD or the NMAS and revise Article 20, Sections 100-111. This hearing to be televised.
