Description

The Board of Zoning Appeal will hold a Public Meeting, THURSDAY – NOVEMBER 6, 2014, At the Senior Center, 806 Massachusetts Ave., First Floor, Cambridge, Massachusetts.  The following cases will be heard.

1815 MASS AVENUE

Business C Zone

SPRINT SPECTRUM, L.P. – C/O RICARDO M. SOUSA, ESQ.  

Special Permit:  The proposed project consists of replacing three (3) of the existing panel antennas with three (3) new panel antennas and removing one (1) clear wire backhaul dish from the Petitioner’s previously approved and currently operating wireless communications facility at the property, to be façade mounted on the rooftop penthouse of the Building, and adding three (3) new remote radio head (RRH) units (behind the façade), together with supporting equipment.
