• Petition continued (3rd time) from April 16, 2015 P&C hearing. Redesign of project is necessary. Nstar Electrical and Gas Company, 101 Linwood, Somerville, MA 02143, for the following: Albany Street – Northeasterly from MHC3502 and MHC3503 approximately 200 feet southwest of Portland Street a distance of 263 feet – conduit. The reason for this work is to relocate existing service to 36 Albany Street (W.O. #02014470).

The Department of Public Works would like to see a composite from Boston Properties showing all utilities involved; put together as one submission to the DPW. Continue until plans are modified and sidewalk is addressed. Nstar Electrical and Gas Company, 101 Linwood, Somerville, MA 02143, for the following: Ames Street – At and northeasterly approximately 140 feet south of Broadway, from MHC2343 a distance of 138 feet – conduit. This is to provide electric service to 4 Cambridge Center (W.O. #2023876).

This will include the removal and restoration of the brick sidewalks.

Trench 66’ easterly across 3 lanes to the private property line of 55 Cambridge Parkway installing 1 – 4” conduit. This will include the removal and replacement of 2 sidewalk panel.
