Revocation Continued from June 11, 2014. Bertucci’s Restaurant Corp. d/b/a Bertucci’s Brick Oven Ristorante, Diane LaMonica, Manager, holder of a Wine & Malt Beverages Restaurant license at 21 Brattle Street due to M.G.L. c.138 §77- The licensing authorities may, after hearing or reasonable opportunity therefore, cancel any license issued under this chapter if the licensee ceases to conduct the licensed business.

Application Season to Taste Catering, LLC d/b/a Season to Taste, Robert Harris, Manager, holder of a Wine & Malt Beverages Restaurant License at 2447 Massachusetts Avenue has applied to amend their current opening hour from 5:00pm to 10:30am seven days per week.

Application BMR-650 E Kendall B, LLC, holder of a Garage License with additional flammables storage at 650 E Kendall Street has applied to amend their existing flammables license to include an additional 91 gallons of class 1 and 1 gallon of class 2.

Application Fi-Hi Pizza, Inc. d/b/a Hi-Fi Pizza, Francis Holland, Manager, holder of a Wine & Malt Beverages Restaurant License at 492 Massachusetts Avenue has applied to hold said license as inactive.

Application New Salts, Inc. d/b/a Salts Restaurant, Gabriel Bremer, Manager, holder of a Wine & Malt Beverages Restaurant license at 798 Main Street has applied to hold said license as inactive.

Application Cambridge Park Apartments L.P. has applied for a Garage License at 160 Cambridgepark Drive for 313 parking spaces and 3,130 gallons of gasoline in the tanks of autos only. Applicant is also applying for an Open Air Parking Lot License at said address for 85 parking spaces.

Application Adam Barmakian, d/b/a 1111 Cambridge Vintage, has applied for an Antique Store License at 1111 Cambridge Street.

Application Clover Fast Food, Inc., Ayr Muir, Manager, has applied for a Common Victualer License to be exercised at 496 Massachusetts Avenue. Said license if granted would allow food and non-alcoholic beverages to be sold, served, and consumed on said premises with a seating capacity of 49. The proposed hours of operation are 24 hours per day.

Application Clover Fast Food, Inc., Chris Anderson, Manager, holder of a malt beverages restaurant license at 7 Holyoke Street has applied for an alteration of premise to include a seasonal outdoor patio on the public sidewalk.
