1. New Petition Nstar Electric Company, 101 Linwood Street, Somerville, MA 02143, for the following: Concord Avenue – At Royal Avenue and northeasterly form MHC1635 a distance of about 10 feet – conduit. This work is necessary to supply power to 221-229 Concord Avenue (W.O. #2166986).

New Petition Nstar Electric Company, 101 Linwood Street, Somerville, MA 02143, for the following: Glassworks Avenue – Southerly from MHC28710 approximately 565 feet southeast of East Street a distance of about 85 feet – conduit. This work is necessary to provide service to 2 Leighton Street (W.O. #2145663).

4. Continuation from September 15, 2016, pending make ready work and all licenses. Lightower Fiber Networks, LLC, 80 Central Street, Boxborough, MA 01719, for the following: Brookline Street – Install approximately 4 feet of (1) – 4” PVC conduit and other supporting and protecting equipment from utility pole #34 on Brookline Street southeasterly to the building located at 130 Brookline Street.

5. Continuation from October 20, 2016, to explore additional options. Lightower Fiber Networks, LLC, 80 Central Street, Boxborough, MA 01719, for the following: Blackstone Street – Install approximately 86 feet of (1) – 4” PVC conduit and other supporting and protecting equipment from electric MHC1309 on Blackstone Street southeasterly at the building located at 19 Blackstone Street.

6. New Petition Comcast, 426 E. First Street, Boston, MA 02127, for the following: Cardinal Medeiros Avenue –From Pole 687/2, trench 120 feet in the public way southeasterly to BLDG# 286 Cardinal Medeiros Avenue, installing 1-4” PVC conduit. This will include the removal and replacement of 1 sidewalk panel.

7. New Petition Comcast, 426 E. First Street, Boston, MA 02127, for the following: 10 Essex Street – Place one new vault over existing underground Comcast conduit. Trench 119 feet southeasterly to the property line of 579 Massachusetts Avenue, installing 1-4” PVC Conduit. This will include the removal and replacement of 1 sidewalk panel.

8. Continuation from October 20, 2016. Steve Lenkauskas is in discussion to determine how to coordinate these companies coming in. Chair Ferrer wants to send letter to see what the plan is to coordinate work; continue to get response to letter that will go out. Verizon Wireless, 118 Flanders Road, 3rd Floor, Westborough, MA 01581, for the following: Sheridan Street – Attachment of antenna and equipment to existing utility Pole 630/-2 on Sheridan Street.

9. Continuation from June 16, 2016. Mobilitie needs to reapply for site license. Mobilitie, LLC, 926B Peachtree Street NE, Atlanta, GA 30309, for the following: Palermo Street and Willow Street – Attach equipment to an existing wooden utility pole in the right of way west of the Palermo Street and Willow Street intersection between Windsor Street and Willow Street, near the property line of 14 Palermo Street with electricity connection.

Mobilitie, LLC, 926B Peachtree Street NE, Atlanta, GA 30309, for the following: Hamlin Street and York Street – Attach equipment to an existing utility pole in the right of way northwest of Hamlin Street and York Street intersection, between Willow Street and Berkshire Street near the property line of 27-99 York Street with electricity connection.

Mobilitie, LLC, 926B Peachtree Street NE, Atlanta, GA 30309, for the following: Cambridge Street and Lambert Street – Attach equipment to an existing wooden utility pole north of the Cambridge Street and Lambert Street intersection, between Lambert Street and Warren Street near the property line of 27 Lambert Street with electricity connection.

12. New Petition Crown Castle NG East LLC, 1220 Augusta Drive, Suite 600, Houston, TX 77057, for the following: Edwin H. Land Boulevard – Place one (10 four (4) inch conduit beginning at the existing Eversource Manhole #2161 located in the median of Edwin H. Land Boulevard across from 239 First Street, thence proceeding in a southeasterly direction for approximately one hundred (100) feet, crossing the eastbound lanes of Edwin H. Land Boulevard, to a proposed electric cabinet to be installed next to an existing electrical cabinet at the intersection of Edwin H. Land Boulevard and Cambridge Parkway.
