Description

Join artist Kate Gilbert in a participatory workshop series infusing tools of meditation with media awareness to raise awareness of contemporary issues and inspire change. 

This workshop  will begin with guided meditation focused on loving those who are difficult to embrace and emphasizes community. 

Once centered, participants will gather to execute a civically engaged creative action using the artifacts created in previous workshops. 

Lunch will be served. 
RSVP required.
