Description

Do you know what the implied warranty of merchantability is?  Unsure if there should be a return policy posted in the store?  Can’t get out of that gym membership?  Please join Corey Pilz from the Cambridge Consumers’ Council as he presents a seminar on Retail Rights in Massachusetts. The seminar will include information about Massachusetts regulations surrounding refund, return and cancellation policies; advertising; warranties; and cooling off periods.
