Description

How do trees know when to leaf out in the spring? Join Ranger Jean for this outdoor scavenger hunt in the woods of Fresh Pond Reservation to learn how to look for differences in buds, bark, and branching patterns in early spring trees before they are fully leafed out. We will then head inside to talk about what we found! No dogs please (except service dogs). Be sure to come dressed for the outdoors. Please RSVP to jrogers@cambridgema.gov for meeting location.
